Ways of application:

I .  Stabilising of high blood pressure and low blood pressure.

1. Hands are positioned on both sides of the device:
	Take metallic contour with 5 fingers of one hand, placing 5 fingers of another hand in natural way with fingers’ tips to be on the tops of three groups of treating metallic pins and remain in this position during 3-5 minutes.
2. Placing device on the wrist area:
	Take device at its metallic contour with one hand. Place 3 groups of treating metallic pins tightly on Nei-Guan area (located 3 cm higher than the wrist line) for 3-5 minutes.
3. Device’s positioning on the heart area:
	Take device at its metallic contour with one hand. Place 3 groups of treating metallic bio-contacts on the heart area for 3-5 minutes. This method is the most efficient for patients, suffering from tonsillitis or coronary heart deficiency.
4. "Hair-brushing":
	Take device at its metallic contour with one hand. Place 3 groups of treating metallic pins on the scalp on the front hair line and brush your hair scalp from the front line back towards neck covering all scalp area during 3-5 minutes with a speed of 10-30 brushes per minute.
